Description

This statement necklace was inspired by Ruth Bader Ginsburgs I dissent collar.  Seed beads were stitched onto felt and backed with smooth black leather. This piece has beautiful citrine accent beads along the top of the collar and many strands of black spinel coming together in the back with an antique hollow cutout brass bead for the latch.
